I just love quiche. Yes it’s a bit sinful, full of calories and fat grams I’d just assume no one mentioned. There’s just something about quiche that when I see it on a restaurant menu, I have the urge to order it. I think part of the appeal for me, besides the fact that I enjoy eggs so much, is that it is a rather special treat. A warm and tasty portion of quiche Lorraine served with a light balsamic walnut salad is just heavenly to me. Of course, I also like ordering off of a menu because someone else has already done all of the work. That is, until I decided to go ahead and purchase a quality Kaiser Quiche Pan so I could make my own quiche at home. Continue reading →
