It is fortunate that we have several choices when it comes to goji. There are many different forms of this product. You have Juice, dried, powder, and the rare fresh form of the berry. The two most popular types are the juice and dried goji berries. The reason for this is that these are the most widely recognized and also the easiest form of the berry to get a hold of for purchase. There are many debates about which one of the two most common forms is the best for you. Depending on which side you talk to you will get varying stories.

The truth is that even though each type has its own unique benefits, you need to decide which one you enjoy the taste of the best.
