Nothing says “American-Dream-With-All-The-Trimmings” quite like a white picket fence. But even if you’d rather avoid the cliché, there’s still no denying that when it comes to a boring yard, there’s nothing more transformative and quaint than a wood picket fence around the perimeter. That’s why, when we considered how to create more curb appeal for our suburban yard, we went with a beautiful garden picket fence from BevoWorks.com. It arrived quickly, and was installed in a very short time.

It comes prebuilt in 8 ft. sections, and is constructed from clear western red cedar, so even if you don’t decide to paint it white, it will be naturally stunning, and last for years to come with little maintenance. Each section has a gentle flare at the ends, with pickets that get a little taller for a refined and elegant look. Add some post caps or wood finials to your own posts (all sold separately), and you will have a gorgeous wood picket fence that is sure to increase your property value, and turn more than a few heads as well!

This is a beautiful tapestry that has been woven in France. This looks great in any home that one would like to have a French or European feel. It comes in four different sizes: 58w x 44h, 58w x 58h, 78w x 58h, and 108w x 58h. This is a very large tapestry, but there is a size available for every taste or need. The beauty of this Chateau Bellevue Tapestry lies in the visual warmth and tranquility of the piece. It is one of 12 works of art commissioned by Louis XIV. It shows a view of a balcony as it overlooks some tastefully manicured grounds. This is best used in a room or area where you want to feel like you are outdoors in the fresh air. It instantly makes a room exceptional. Visitors will want to know the history of such an elegant tapestry. It was one of the wall hangings of the Royal households.

With these wonderful tapestries from Europe, the house has a feel of elegance now that this beautiful tapestry has taken its place among our many prized treasures. The medium size seems to look the best when comparing side by side. The larger one is larger than a person, so an entire wall should be reserved if this item is chosen. Enjoy more European Tapestries & Tapestry Wall Hangings, from Decor4u.com.

Do you ever run into problems keeping your pots and pans in some sort of decent organized order in their cabinet? Or run out of room to stack them inside each other and then try to figure out where to put the lids? I do and it frustrates me when I want to grab my favorite pot and have to struggle pulling it out of the cabinet – it makes quite a racket too. That’s why I knew it was time I did something about my kitchen storage space. When I came across this great wrought iron pot rack, I was thrilled. Not only will it store up to 40 pounds of my pots and skillets, but it’s beautiful too.

Hanging it near the stove means that I can hang the pots and pans I use the most on the pot rack. No more searching around behind the lobster pot that gets used on July Fourth for the sauté pan I use four or five times a week! Now my favorites will in easy reach at all times. It has a dozen hooks, so I’ll have plenty of room to add a few of my long handled spoons and spatulas, so that will eliminate scrambling through the utensil drawer when I’m busy cooking. This pot rack will allow me to be more organized, and add a great dash of style to my kitchen. It’s destined to be one of my favorite kitchen accessories!

Lanyards are useful to many different people for many different reasons. They can be used as a helpful product to make life easier or simply as a fun and colorful accessory. Many people will and do use lanyards all the time. Athletes, professionals, and everyday people use lanyards either because of their use or the logo that they can get on it.

These lanyards come in thirteen standard colors so that they can satisfy everyone’s favorite color or need. For example, high school and college teams could use colorful round lanyards that match their team colors to hold dorm keys, house keys, swipe cards, or many other items. The lanyards are made of nylon to provide durability while holding objects. The lanyards have steel nickel plated steel swivel hooks attached to the loop which is typically worn around the neck. The lanyard is thirty eight inches long. The product should be ordered in quantities of one hundred. However, orders of fifty will be taken into consideration. The more lanyards you buy the better the deal.

Crazy Starlings Right Out Of “The Birds”
May 7th, 2007

Mandarin Ducks’ First “Flight”
May 7th, 2007

Mandarin ducks are a strikingly beautiful lot. They’re original to China but they’ve been being exported to all around the world for centuries (thanks to the Brits) that they’re literally everywhere nowadays. Their natural habitat is dense forests where they can find high tree perches to lay their eggs.

This video is about what happens after the eggs hatch and the mother duck has to get its ducklings to feed. Amazing stuff. This is footage from BBC’s Planet Earth series with Sir David Attenborough on the narration.

Cute Baby Sloth Video
May 7th, 2007

Sloths are one of nature’s funniest creations. They’re lazy by their nature, only move a few centimeters a day and only if they have to at that. They’re happy clinging to a tree and just nibbling whatever they can find around them. And this one is a baby sloth just starting to move, and then giving it up

Puppy Says “I Love You”
May 7th, 2007

This is an amazing video about a (kinda) talking puppy. The guy actually (kinda) says “I love you”. And it’s by far one of the cutest things we’ve seen in a while.

Video of a Crow Making A Hook!
May 6th, 2007

As we mentioned before, crows are amazing animals. This crow fashions a “hook” out of a hairpin to catch its prey!
